(Des Moines, Iowa) -- A man is in the hospital after a stabbing on Des Moines' southeast side.
Police responded to reports of the stabbing around 10:00 Sunday night at SE 22nd St. and E. Hughes Avenue in the Pioneer Park neighborhood. Police say when officers arrived, they found a man stabbed in the stomach. The victim was taken to a local hospital in serious condition but is expected to survive. So far, no arrests have been made, and no suspects have been identified.
