Flags in Nebraska will fly at half-staff to honor and memorialize the victims of Tuesday's mass shooting at a school in Texas.
Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts, in accordance with a proclamation from the White House, says that all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff for the victims of the shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.
Flags will be flown at half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on Saturday.
The flags will also be at half-staff in the state of Iowa.
