(Iowa) -- Gas prices are up nearly 30 cents in Iowa in the last week.
Gas Buddy.com says prices are up about $0.58 since this time last month and $1.71 higher than a year ago. Gas Buddy reports the cheapest regular gasoline in Iowa is $4.29 a gallon as of Monday morning, according to a survey of over 2,000 Iowa gas stations.
Nationally, the average price for regular is $4.86 a gallon.
