The Sarpy County Election Commissioner reminds voters in the 1st Congressional District, that the deadline to ask for an early voting ballot to be mailed is 6 p.m. on June 17th.
Early in-person voting will continue until June 27th, the day before the June 28th Special Election to fill the rest of Jeff Fortenberry's term in in the U.S. House of Representatives.
In Sarpy County, around 800 voters have requested to vote early so far, and ballots will continue to be mailed daily as additional requests are received and verified.
