(Iowa) -- A new study by WalletHub shows employers in Iowa are having a hard time finding workers.
WalletHub says Iowa employers are struggling the fifth-most, with a job openings rate of 8.7%. This time last year Iowa's job openings rate was 6.83%. WalletHub says the national job opening rate is around 7%. The study is based on the last month's job opening rate and the state's job opening rate over the last 12 months.
