(Bettendorf, IA) -- The developer of the nearby construction site that led to a mudslide flooding condos in Bettendorf has been cited.
City Council members issued the citation to Dan Homes, the developer behind the Cottages at McClellan Heights project.
Heavy rain Tuesday morning caused a mudslide at the development that flooded 'The Manor' condos.
The City Administrator says the developer is working with the homeowners association at the condos to address the damage.
