(Council Bluffs, IA) -- The 68-year-old Council Bluffs man reported missing is now found and receiving medical care.
Bob Shamblen was reported missing by his wife Monday afternoon, who said he was in contact with her via a prepaid phone, telling her “he was stuck in the woods.”
