(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Police Department is referring a case out of Linn County three weeks after a truck ran over a woman's foot during a protest.
CRPD reports it's done with its investigation and is referring the case to Black Hawk County Attorney's office for consideration.
Police said a verbal confrontation happened between pedestrians at a pro-choice protest and a driver on June 24th before contact was made between the car and one of the protesters.
