Loren Steinlage Corn Beer

Loren Steinlage of Fayette County is in production of corn beer, being made with his own products. He shared that the beer he produces is 40% corn and also has a mix of cover crops, consisting of cereal rye and barely, splashed in. Steinlage has his fourth brew on the market currently, and his fifth will begin sales next week as RAGBRAI makes its way through.
