(Omaha, NE) -- An Omaha man avoids prison after pleading no contest to sexually assaulting a woman at a car wash in Bellevue. Roberto Sanchez Jr. is accused of kissing and assaulting the woman back in November 2020. He was originally charged with first-degree sexual assault but got the charge reduced after agreeing to plead no contest. He was sentenced Tuesday to four years of probation.
