(Wapello County, IA) -- The Iowa State Patrol says an Ottumwa man died when the vehicle he was driving slammed into a house in Ottumwa. The I-S-P says 44-year-old Jason Tobeck was driving on Williams Street this (Wednesday) morning before 10 o'clock at a high rate of speed when he lost control at the intersection at Weller Street.
Twenty-one-year-old Brianna McConnell of Ottumwa was injured and transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
