(Des Moines, IA) -- A Des Moines man is facing charges after police say they found him passed out behind the wheel of a car with his four year old daughter sitting beside him.
Police say thirty-two-year-old Jose Flores is charged with operating while intoxicated and child endangerment. Officers say Flores told cops he drank 12 Twisted Teas before driving.
