The Douglas County Engineer's office says 156th Street between Military Road and Rainwood Road and Military Road east to Chestnut Drive are scheduled to be closed to traffic on Saturday (August 20th) from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The Bennington Fire and Rescue Department is holding a practice house burn along 156th Street to the north of Military Road.
Be aware of smoke and the traffic detours in that area in the northwest part of the Omaha Metro as the firefighters carry out that live drill.
