(Des Moines, IA) -- The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says there will be increased boat traffic on water over Labor Day weekend.
The DNR said boaters need to be cautious, watch for other boaters, and look for hazards in the water.
Iowa DNR is also reminding people alcohol and boating don’t mix, and to wear their life jackets - it floats, you don’t.
