(North Liberty, IA) -- University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics gets approval to up its budget and continue construction on its new hospital in North Liberty. Construction of the new hospital was originally supposed to cost less than $400-million but will now cost around $525-million. UIHC blames labor shortages and inflation for the increased cost.
