(Ankeny, IA) -- Ankeny Parks & Recreation is receiving grants from Polk County and Prairie Meadows Racetrack, Casino, and Hotel.
Parks & Recreation will receive $2,000 in grant money for the Mayor's Youth Council as well as a $5,500 Prairie Meadows Betterment Grant. Parks &Recreation says those funds will be used for training mannequins and swim rescue mannequins.
