(Morgan County, MO) -- An Omaha man is facing multiple charges, including murder, in the death of his three year old son.
Law enforcement in Morgan County, Missouri say 40 year old Larry Lunnin was driving with his three and seven year old sons on Saturday when his vehicle left the roadway, hit a sign and then rolled. Lunnin's three year old son Franklin was killed in the crash. Investigators say the boy was not in a car seat or booster seat. The seven year old boy suffered minor injuries in the crash.
The family of the two boys' mother say Lunnin took off with the boys late last year. Lunnin is charged with 2nd Degree Murder, involuntary manslaughter, parental kidnapping and two counts of child abduction.
