(Undated) -- Over 400,000 Iowans are eligible for federal student loan relief. A recent announcement from the White House shows how many student loan borrowers are eligible in each state. In Iowa it's 408,700 borrowers that can get $10,000 in student loan relief. The White House also says there are 248,900 Pell borrowers in Iowa eligible for up to $20,000 in relief.
