(North Liberty, IA) -- The City of North Liberty is getting a big federal grant to hire more firefighters. The city says it was recently given $1,013,539 from FEMA to spend over the next three years. The city says the money will be used to hire three more full-time firefighters, meaning there will now always be at least one firefighter at work at all times.
