(Clear Lake, IA) -- A Clear Lake apartment complex manager is accused of using the manager's master key to burglarize apartments while tenants are gone.
Police say 40-year-old Cassie Miller stole a checkbook from a tenant's apartment, writing and cashing checks she wrote to herself.
She's charged with fraud and burglary, and is being held in the Cerro Gordo County jail on a $7,500 cash bond.
