(Hiawatha, IA) -- A closed portion of North Center Point Road in Hiawatha is reopening Friday. The city says there will be a new roundabout at North Center Point Road and Tower Terrace Road. Tower Terrace won't reopen to the west of the roundabout because of more construction.
