(Rock Island, IL) -- Two people are critical condition and a third is arrested after a crash in Rock Island.
Rock Island Police say officers responded to reports of the head-on crash at the intersection of Route 92 and 78th Avenue West a little after midnight Tuesday morning. Investigators say the occupants of one vehicle were taken to an area hospital in critical condition. The driver of the other vehicle, 41 year-old Scott Reid, was taken to the hospital and released. Reid has been charged with driving while intoxicated.
The accident remains under investigation.
