(Marion, IA) -- A garage is destroyed after a fire in Marion early this morning.
The Marion Fire Department says they received reports of the fire in a detached garage around 1:20 Wednesday morning in the 1100 block of West 8th Avenue. Investigators say the fire later spread to the house. No one was hurt during the fire. The garage was destroyed, and there was moderate damage to the back of the house.
