(Ames, IA) -- A unique exhibit opens Saturday, November 19th at the Reiman Gardens on the campus of Iowa State University. The R-G Express Holiday Train has been constructed by an internationally known company of designers, who meld botanical design and architecture.
The display features a model train that travels through a scene of ISU landmarks and buildings, and features a waterfall.
Reiman Gardens Director Ed Lyon says it's all made of natural materials. The exhibit is on display thru January 7th, although will be closed on select nights when Reiman Gardens hosts it's Winter Wonderscape Lighting Display in December.
