(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids man is in custody and facing child sexual abuse charges.
Investigators say Silas Griffin is charged with sexually assaulting three children over an eight year period. Law enforcement says all three female victims were between the ages of 10 and 13 when the abuse took place. Griffin now faces six counts of sexual abuse, two counts of lascivious acts with and child, and two more counts of indecent contact with a child. He remains in custody pending a trial date.
