A teenager now faces a murder charge;
Omaha Police say the 13-year-old suspect is accused in the shooting death of 13-year-old Lenny Rodriguez, who died after being shot in the area of Hanscom Park on September 29th.
The suspect has been booked for first degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, and tampering with evidence.
Investigators say the suspect was already being held at the Douglas County Youth Center for another incident involving robbery, gun use, and auto theft.
