(Dubuque, IA) -- The City of Dubuque will offer free parking in city-owned parking ramps due to the winter storm bringing high winds and wind chills well below freezing.
The city says parking in those ramps will be free starting today at 3:00pm and last until 8am on Tuesday, December 26th. The city says parking in ramps will make it easier for crews to clear snow and ice from city streets.
Vehicles still in the city-owned ramps by 8:00am on December 26th will be subject to fines.
