(Ralston, NE) -- Ralston Public Schools announces the four finalists for the Superintendent position.
The finalists all serve in Nebraska schools and two are from within the Ralston district.
The finalists are:
- Jason Buckingham - Ralston Public Schools Assistant Superintendent for Business
- Mark Fritch - Nebraska City Public Schools Superintendent
- Angela Plugge - Waverly Public Schools Director of Learning
- Cecilia Wilken - Ralston Public Schools Assistant Superintendent for Learning
On January 4th and 5th, the finalists will interview with the Ralston school board. The finalists are also scheduled to have meet and greets with students, teachers, staff and administrators. The new Superintendent is expected to be named the week of January 9th. Current Ralston Superintendent Mark Adler is slated to retire at the end of June. He has served as Superintendent since 2012.
