Bellevue city leaders and other local representatives and dignitaries will hold a ribbon cutting at 10:30 this morning to celebrate the opening of all of the lanes on 36th Street that were included as part of Phase I of the "36th Street Improvement Project."
Following the celebration, barricades will be removed, and traffic will be allowed on these new lanes of 36th Street between Bline and Capehart Road.
