Will Biden ever face charges over his mishandling of classified documents?

A Special Counsel has now been appointed by the Attorney General to look into Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents following his stint as Vice President.

Robert K. Hur is that Special Counsel who was appointed by AG Merrick Garland and is the attorney who "oversaw indictments of multiple top Baltimore officials for public corruption and fraud during his time as a United States Attorney," according to Fox News.

This is what we know. Classified documents were found in the Penn Biden Center in Washington DC. Reporting suggests they were in two other places before then. We do know that this office was shady with the New York Post saying "The Ivy League think tank where lawyers found classified materials linked to the Obama White House is a patronage mill for the Biden administration, raising suspicions among critics that its establishment attracted tens of millions in donations from anonymous Chinese donors."

Those were found on November 2 - ahead of the Midterm elections - but we didn't find out about this until Monday. We don't know who was responsible for this cover-up.

Then in mid-December more classified documents were found at Biden's residence in Delaware - a place where Hunter Biden lived for around a year between 2018-2019. We know they were near the President's Corvette, but that's OK according to Biden, because they were in his locked garage and not "on the street".

Finally (for now), yet another document was handed over yesterday.

So far, the FBI has not raided anything.

Today's question is simple. Will Joe Biden ever face charges over his outrageous mishandling of classified documents?
