(Iowa) -- Gas Prices in Iowa are down to start the week.
Iowa's average gas price is a 5 cents cheaper per gallon than a week ago. Triple A reports the statewide average is $3.11, down from $3.16 last week. At this time last year, the statewide average price for regular was $3.09 a gallon. The most expensive gas in Iowa is in Audubon County, where the drivers are paying $3.34 a gallon for regular unleaded.
