(Davenport, IA) -- The Davenport City Council approves a collective bargaining agreement between the city and the Davenport Association of Professional Firefighters, Local #17.
The four-year contract would increase wages by 3.5 percent annually and increase uniform allowances, fitness program incentives, and EMS certification incentives.
Group insurance premiums and prescription co-pays would also increase.
