Omaha Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at the "Family Dollar" store near 30th and Newport Avenue.
Police say cruiser officers were called to the business Sunday night, and an employee told them a man wearing all black, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall with a skinny build, entered the store, showed a handgun, and demanded money.
After taking cash the suspect left on foot northbound.
