(Milan, IL) -- The Quad City Animal Welfare Center is waiving some adoption fees for animals with special needs until February 15th.
The ‘Looking For Love” program’s goal is to find homes for seven cats and seven dogs with special needs.
The center will also provide three free training classes for adopters to help them adjust with their new pet.
The Quad City Animal Welfare Center is located at 724 2nd Ave. W. in Milan.
The center is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from noon to 5:00 pm.
