(Iowa City, IA) -- The University of Iowa is being sued by the University of Iowa Energy Collaborative over a contract dispute.
UIEC says the university refuses to pay for utility services but continues to demand payment from them.
The university has not filed a response yet but says they’re looking forward to clarifying the contract in court.
