(North Liberty, IA) -- An independent outpatient surgery center coming to North Liberty in 2025 will cost 10 million dollars more than expected.
Due to inflation, supply chain problems, and rising labor costs, the Steindler North Liberty Ambulatory Center will cost around 25 million instead of 15 million.
