(Rock Island, IL) -- A new youth outreach center is opening in Rock Island.
The center run by the non-profit Positive Brothers United aims to empower at-risk youth.
Positive Brothers United says the center will provide academic tutoring, bussing service, access to computers, books, snacks, and a safe space.
The center is located at 3704 9th St, Rock Island, and is open Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 10 PM.
