(Dubuque, IA) -- The Dubuque Police Department says a Rock Island man is seriously injured after being hit by a train.
Police are identifying the victim as 21 year-old Jayden Upton. Investigators say he was found lying on the Canadian National tracks near Highway 151 and 61 on Sunday morning. Police say Upton was seriously injured but was conscious and responsive.
He was flown to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in serious condition.
