(Story County, IA) -- Traffic is slow on I-35 near Ames this (Thursday) afternoon due to a crash involving multiple vehicles, including several semi tractor trailers. Emergency vehicles are on scene at the location, between Ames and Gilbert. Southbound traffic is being diverted of I-35 to 190th Street. No word of any injuries.
