(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Tow bans are in effect in eastern Iowa as a winter storm makes its way across the state.
Counties with tow bans in effect include:
- Linn
- Johnson
- Iowa
Until the tow ban is lifted, vehicles stalled, crashed, or in the ditch cannot be towed until conditions improve.
