The Omaha office of the National Weather Service says after some snow and a deep freeze this week, a front moves in with warmer weekend temps, while pulling Gulf moisture north.
That means there could be some localized flooding issues, especially with rapid run-off on frozen ground, and there could be some thunderstorm activity generally south of I-80.
