(Omaha, NE) -- Charges are dismissed against an Omaha 18-year-old accused of making online school threats. Itzel Bravo and kids 11, 12, and 15-years-old were all arrested after the threats were made on January 11th, but today a judge ruled there's not enough evidence to prosecute them. Court documents say police connected Bravo to the crime because the IP address used to make the threats led them to her Instagram account. Police say she denied making the threats but said she was there when they happened. Investigators ultimately determined the threats weren't credible.
