(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Tuesday is Special Elections Day in Iowa.
In eastern Iowa, ballot issues include a $48-million bond measure for Benton Community Schools, a $25.5-million dollar bond measure for the city of Solon, and bond issues for the Springville and College Community school districts in Linn County.
There’s also a special election in Waterloo to fill an open city council seat.
Polls are open from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M.
