(Lincoln, NE) -- A teenager is arrested in Lincoln after police say he was caught cutting the catalytic converter out of a car. Police say they found two people cutting under a Honda CRV on the city's north side around 1:30 a.m. They say the suspects ran away and only one was caught, a 17-year-old. He's facing several charges including criminal mischief, possession of burglar’s tools, attempted theft, and resisting arrest.
