(Iowa) -- Iowa's eviction rate is several percentage points below the national average, but one city in Iowa ranks in the top 50 cities for evictions.
Davenport, Iowa is ranked 44th highest in the U.S. at 4.7%.
That works out to two evictions every day, according to data compiled by Eviction Lab from Princeton University.
Cedar Rapids ranks 89th for evictions and Des Moines 91st.
The State of Iowa average eviction rate is 4.3%.
The national rate is 7.8%.
