(Iowa) -- Iowa gas prices are down slightly to start the week.
Triple A reports the statewide average price for a gallon of regular unleaded is $3.18, down four cents from this time last week. Prices vary by region, including:
- Des Moines: $3.13
- Ames: $3.30
- Cedar Rapids: $3.20
- Iowa City: $3.26
- Quad Cities (IA only): $3.17
- Quad Cities (IL only): $3.53
- Council Bluffs: $3.12
- Dubuque: $3.34
- Sioux City: $3.14
- Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.23
The national average price for regular unleaded is $3.44 a gallon.
