(Moline, IL) -- The city of Moline is approving a second cannabis dispensary.
Bolden Investments I, LLC applied to operate the "Revolution Dispensary."
City Council voted 5-2 for the second dispensary to be opened in the John Deere district overlay where the old West Music was located.
The city approved its first cannabis dispensary at the former Aldi grocery store on Avenue of the Cities last fall, but it has not opened yet.
