(Moline, IL) -- Road construction starting up in Moline is expected to disrupt traffic in two locations.
Southbound 7th Street will be closed to through traffic at 12th Avenue starting March 27th until roads can be patched.
Contractors expect to have the road reopened by April 7th.
The eastbound lane of Avenue of the Cities will be closed for utility work at 48th Street but should be reopened on March 28th.
The City of Moline says drivers should expect delays and alternative routes are encouraged.
