(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a stolen classic struck.
Detectives say two classic vehicles were stolen from a location on Des Moines' south side between March 23rd and April 4th. Police say the one of the two vehicles has been recovered, and while there have been several reported sightings of the other, it has yet to be located.
Investigators are continuing to look for an orange 1950 Chevrolet pickup with the license plate HZG 466. Anyone with information on the truck's location and/or those responsible for its theft is asked to call Des Moines Police at (515)283-4966.
