AMES, Iowa -- Iowa State University's men's basketball coach is getting a contract extension.

The school says T.J. Otzelberger is getting two more years added to his deal.

His contract now extends through the end of June, 2029.

Otzelberger's salary will increase to $2.5 million on July 1st, $3 million in 2024, and $3.5 million in 2025.

ISU says it'll be followed by yearly $100-thousand dollar increases through the rest of the contract.
